Platforms. Pocket Guides are produced on Mac OSX platforms. We prefer to receive files as high-resolution PDFs but we can also accept native Illustrator and InDesign files packaged with fonts. We do not accept film.
Proofs. We will check output of your file for errors and contact you if we identify any problems, but we cannot accept responsibility for nuances of quality and/ or content of the final published version unless we have been
supplied with a high-end digital colour proof.

Publishing Terms. The publishers reserve the right to decline to publish any matter of which they disapprove. The publishers accept no liability for the non-appearance of any advertisement. The advertiser will indemnify the publishers fully in the event of any claim being made against the publishers arising from the advertisement. Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure accurate placement and printing of advertisements. If an error occurs the publishers will, at their discretion, make a fair rate adjustment but no further liability is accepted.
